Badges & Star Points
Participation shields
Your shield colour shows how many complete weekly slates you have submitted. A slate is complete only when you pick every eligible game in that week — High School, College, and NFL when NFL picks are publicly active and included. Canceled and void games are excluded.
- Gray — Rookie1–2 completed weekly slates
- Bronze — Regular3–4 completed weekly slates
- Silver — Dedicated5–9 completed weekly slates
- Gold — Veteran10–19 completed weekly slates
- Black — Ironman20+ completed weekly slates
Star Points
Star Points are shown as a number and a star right after each username, for example "Kyle 65 ★ 60%" (stars, then this season's correct-pick %). You earn them from every completed High School, College and NFL week, based on your final rank on that category's weekly board:
- 1st place (ties included)25
- 2nd–5th10
- 6th–20th5
- 21st–50th2
- 51st–100th1
- Challenge win, 1v1 or 3-Player (ties earn nothing)5
You get the highest band only — 1st place is 25, not 25 + 10 + 5 + 2 + 1. Ties count at every cutoff. You need at least one eligible pick that week. Challenge win (1v1 or 3-Player, unique winner): +5 stars; ties earn nothing. Stars are added once every eligible game has an official result, and a result correction updates them. Stars are all-time and never reset between seasons. Weekly Overall and Season Overall award no placement stars. Season Overall is ranked by total stars, then this season's correct-pick %; weekly boards are still ranked by pick points, and stars never decide who wins a challenge.
Scoring
- A correct pick against the spread earns 1 point and 1 win.
- An incorrect pick earns 0 points and 1 loss.
Pushes
- A push is excluded from wins and losses and earns no points.
Canceled games
- Canceled or voided games are removed from scoring for every user.
Missed picks
- A game with no submitted pick earns 0 points and is shown as "No Pick".
Line changes
- If an administrator changes a spread after picks are submitted, the spread attached to each existing pick is preserved unless the administrator explicitly voids picks for that game.
Pick locking
- Every game locks automatically at its own kickoff time using the server's official clock.
- Before kickoff you can change your pick as often as you like, and only you can see it.
- After kickoff, picks for that game are final and other users' picks and pick percentages become visible.
Tiebreakers
- Ranking order is most points, then most correct picks, then highest winning percentage.
- Users still tied after that share the same rank. Picks completed is always shown so partial entries are clear.
